Support AASHE's Sustainable Hotel Partners

Support the hotels supporting AASHE by selecting our partner hotels dedicated blocks of rooms at lowered rates! AASHE has partnered with several hotels for general attendees and one hotel specifically for students. All hotels are offering discounted stays, enhanced hotel sustainability initiatives, and all general attendee hotels are within walking distance of the Convention Center.

Hotel Blocks Keep Conference Rates Low

AASHE has arranged room blocks at several fabulous Pittsburgh hotels that are within walking distance to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and which have instituted sustainability measures. Please book your hotel online within the blocks we have contracted at these hotels when registration opens.

Please do not call the hotels directly or book at a non-conference hotel. Booking outside of the contracted blocks may lead to our hotel blocks not filling. If our blocks do not fill, AASHE must pay penalties to the hotels which may result in higher conference costs in the future.

Cancellation Policy for Hotels

If you have reserved a hotel room, but need to change or cancel your reservation, you must make the change or cancellation online or by contacting the AASHE Housing Bureau. This is for existing reservations only. All new hotel reservations must be made online. Rooms canceled after 9/15 incur a $25 fee regardless of when the initial room request was received.
